The Home Birth Companion E-Book
This is a 125 page bundle of love from my home to yours. I home birthed my three big babies and am often asked questions ranging from 'were you scared?' and 'what do contractions feel like?' to little curious things like 'who cleans up?!'.
In this special little book, I have offered my birth stories, details of my own preparation (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual), some answers to your questions, and of course my super fun, signature affirmation that is so much more effective than anything to do with a flowering lotus (hint: It's about a bub slide). I like to keep things joyful amidst the intensity and gloriousness that is birth.
The world doesn't stop telling us that we should fear birth, and I want to remind you of the nature, joy and beauty that is the most sacred participation with God we get to experience-- creating life. It goes without saying that this is not medical advice and I am not a medical professional.
I have intentionally kept this raw and a little rough, so that it feels more like a fire side chat from one mumma to another.
Enjoy! X
